Ħamrun Spartans FC are pleased to confirm that Emerson Marcelina has signed a contract extension with the Club.

A key figure within the Spartans squad, Emerson has consistently demonstrated his quality, dedication and winning mentality both on and off the pitch.

One of the most experienced and decorated members of the dressing room, the Brazilian midfielder has been part of the squad through the most successful period in the Club’s recent history, playing his part in multiple Premier League title triumphs and Super Cup success in the black and red. More than a decade after first arriving in Maltese football, his commitment to the cause remains as strong as ever.

His extension provides further continuity and stability as the Club continues to build on its recent achievements and prepare for the challenges that lie ahead.
