Ħamrun Spartans Football Club is thrilled to officially welcome back Matthew Guillaumier.

After a period of playing abroad and continuing to grow as a professional, Guillaumier returns to the club where his leadership, work ethic, and tactical intelligence are already part of our DNA. His comeback is not just a transfer, it’s the homecoming of a player who embodies what it means to wear the red and black shirt with pride.

Since leaving the club, Guillaumier has gained valuable experience both locally and internationally that will now feed directly into the ambitions of our current squad. His return comes at a pivotal moment, as the club eyes domestic silverware and deeper runs in Europe.

His leadership on and off the pitch will be key in guiding the younger players in the team and fortifying the Spartans’ midfield alongside an already talented group.
