PREAMBLE

This Board is being set up to monitor the operations of the Hamrun Spartans Football Club. It is completely independent from the Committee and all other Management Structures of the Club and is authorized to regularize its own operations.

Terms of Reference

  • Draft a yearly calendar with a list of Club Corporate Responsibility Initiatives and Events
  • Promotion on and off the Pitch of the Club Official Mascot
  • Compile and maintain an updated list of paid Members
  • Compile and maintain an updated list of ALL Players, Technical Staff and Members of the Management Structure
  • Engage personally on Social Media with paid Members, Players, Technical Staff and Members of the Management Structure on their birthday
  • Design and send the Membership Pack to each new member
  • Maintain and update the ‘Marketing Column’ on the Club Website
  • Co-ordinate the Club Bereavement Protocol
  • Co-ordinate payments and delivery for all on-line requests and sales of merchandise items
  • Organise events (photo shoots, videos, graphics etc) to promote our merchandise shop items
  • Organise and promote events and initiatives which appeal specifically to the children and women target audience
  • Ensure full collaboration and co-ordinate with all other Unites in the Management Structure especially with the Media Unit and the Supporters Unit
  • Organise regular meeting with all unit members
